The Bacon-Washed Popcorn Old Fashioned is a spirit-forward cocktail with light hints of sweetened popcorn amidst the smooth savouriness of a bourbon whiskey that was used to deglaze and wash a rack of side bacon for up to 2 days. The oil is then linen-filtered to remove, retaining the savoury notes for a wonderfully rounded finish!
Each DIY kit (serves two) contains:
